What are the fees?

• Service Fee is 2% + 0.05 EUR / GBP per transaction

What are the limits? Just after creating an account you’ll have limits of 150 EUR per month, but you can increase it to 15,000 EUR a year by uploading your ID and a proof of residency. Then the limits could be increased up to 100,000 EUR a year after providing additional information

How to withdraw tips? There are 3 main ways to withdraw tips:

1. Issue a plastic Profee Visa card for 9.99 EUR and withdraw tips at any ATM with 3 EUR withdrawal fee
2. Send money to any Mastercard with 0.80% + 1.00 EUR or to a Visa card with 0.5% + 1.2 EUR withdrawal fee.
3. Ask employees to issue virtual Profee Visa cards for free to distribute tips within Profee without any fee.

What about taxes? We do not provide any tax advices. Taxes are managed in the same way as in case of other types of tips. Money doesn’t touch business and goes directly to the staff, so the staff is responsible for taxes.

What cards do you have? There are virtual and physical Profee Visa cards. You can issue both in the profee app after getting profee+ status. To get it you need to provide ID and proof of residency within the app.

How to issue a card? You can issue a virtual or a physical card in Profee mobile or web-app just after getting Profee Plus status.

How to get Profee Plus status? To get Profee Plus you have to provide the following documents in Profee mobile or web-app:

• Proof of residency
• Proof of Identity

In which countries Profee Tips works? Nowadays Profee Tips works in the most of countries that use EUR or GBP as the main currency including Austria, Belgium, Cyprus, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and United Kingdom.

In which currencies can I accept gratuity via Profee Tips? Right now only EUR and GBP are available.

Should I register as a business or as an individual? It’s important to keep tips out of business so legally Profee Tips can only be used by individuals. Therefore, as a business, you can assign a representative to create an account for the entire team.

Do I need to sign a contract with Profee? No. As we don’t touch the business and connect individuals, the User Agreement and Terms and Conditions on the Profee website is enough to start.

Does each worker need to create their own account and QR code or there will be one account and QR code for the entire team? Registering just one team representative is enough to start accepting tips for the whole team.

Does Profee Tips provide templates for QR code? Yes, after filling the Profee Tips Application Form, we will send you the QR code and requested templates.

Do you provide printed materials? Normally we provide you with templates and the QR code, print it our is on your own. However we can print and deliver printed materials for additional charge.

What if the manager who collect tips leaves the company? Just write us to i[email protected] in order to change the recipient of tips. There will be no need to generate a new qr code or to print new materials.
